Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, data-driven Market Research Associate to join the team at PGIM Real Estate. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing market trends, as well as other quantitative and qualitative data related to real estate investments. You will leverage your analytical and market research skills to provide valuable insights to the organization. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a passion for data-driven solutions, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. You should also have at least two years of experience in market research, ideally in the real estate sector, and a good understanding of real estate investment principles. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute research plans to analyze real estate market trends, investments, and other quantitative and qualitative data.
  2. Leverage analytical, research, and problem-solving skills to uncover valuable insights.
  3. Effectively communicate complex information to the organization.
  4. Stay up-to-date on real estate industry developments.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with real estate market professionals.
  6. Prepare reports and presentations to share research findings.
  7. Work independently and as part of a team to meet research objectives.
  8. Utilize data visualization tools to present research findings.
  9. Ensure accuracy of information through data quality assurance.
  10. Manage and update databases of real estate research.
