Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Market Research Associate at PGIM Real Estate to join our growing team. This position offers a great opportunity to use your research expertise to inform and support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, an ability to think strategically, and the capability to conduct in-depth research. We value creative problem solving and a drive to work collaboratively with colleagues to develop insights.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or another relevant field. A Master’s degree is preferred. The candidate will also have at least 3 years of experience in market research, preferably in the real estate industry. Familiarity with quantitative analysis and data visualization software is essential. The candidate should also have excellent communication and organizational skills. We are looking for a motivated and curious individual who is passionate about real estate and driven to provide actionable insights. Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and analyze market research data from various sources in order to inform and support business decisions.
  2. Develop insights and strategies based on market research data.
  3. Utilize quantitative analysis and data visualization software to interpret and present research findings.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  5. Actively participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions with team members.
  6. Prepare reports and presentations on market research findings.
  7. Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities within the real estate market.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the real estate industry.
  9. Maintain organized records of research data and findings.
  10. Develop an in-depth understanding of the products and services offered by PGIM Real Estate.
