Market Research Associate

This position requires a person with a passion for research, an eye for detail, and the motivation to stay up to date on the ever-changing real estate market. We are looking for someone who can analyze data, develop insights, and provide recommendations to help guide our business decisions. To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of market research experience in the real estate industry. Responsibilities:

• Analyze data, develop insights, and provide recommendations to help guide the company’s business decisions
• Stay up to date on the ever-changing real estate market
• Conduct research on the economic, financial, and market trends in the real estate industry
• Develop and maintain databases of market research and industry trends
• Prepare reports and presentations of findings to communicate research results
• Assist in the development of strategies based on research findings
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure research objectives are met
• Utilize various research methods and tools to conduct market research
