In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging market data to produce thoughtful and actionable insights that will inform our real estate investment decisions. Responsiblities:

1. Gather, analyze, and interpret market data in order to provide actionable insights that will inform real estate investment decisions.
2. Develop data-driven analytics to support market research projects.
3. Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for investment.
4. Generate detailed reports on market trends, consumer needs and preferences, and other relevant data.
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments to ensure the accuracy of research findings.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure access to up-to-date market information.
7. Prepare presentations and other materials to effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders.
8. Manage research projects from start to finish, including budget management and timeline development.
