- Oversee and manage the daily operations of PGIM Real Estate's real estate funds.
- Ensure that all fund activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement efficient and effective processes to streamline fund operations.
- Monitor and analyze fund performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Lead a team of fund operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- Communicate with clients and investors regarding fund operations, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as custodians and fund administrators.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of fund data and financials.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Take ownership of the fund's financial performance and work towards achieving targets and objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve fund operations processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and present reports on fund performance and operations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay current with regulatory changes and compliance requirements, ensuring they are implemented in fund operations.
- Drive a culture of high performance and excellence within the fund operations team.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Fund Operations, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial And Accounting Principles, With Experience In Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, And Budgeting.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Interact With Various Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Sec Reporting And Gaap Standards.
