We are looking for a Loan Processor to join the PGIM Real Estate team. Our ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the loan process who is comfortable working and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. The Loan Processor will review and analyze loan applications to determine the appropriate loan program and ensure accuracy of the underwriting process. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and delivering results for our clients.The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the mortgage loan process, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) to manage loan documents and communications.
- Communicate effectively with customers and other departments to ensure successful loan processing and customer service.
- Identify areas of improvement in the loan process and develop strategies to improve efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
