Job Description

We are looking for a Loan Processor to join the PGIM Real Estate team. Our ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the loan process who is comfortable working and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. The Loan Processor will review and analyze loan applications to determine the appropriate loan program and ensure accuracy of the underwriting process. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and delivering results for our clients.The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the mortgage loan process, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Loan Processor will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all loan documentation and for working closely with other departments to ensure the timely and efficient processing of loan applications and closing of loan files.Required qualifications include:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field• A minimum of 3 years of experience in loan processing• Strong knowledge of loan origination, underwriting, closing, and post-closing processes• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and in a team environmentIf you are a highly organized individual with a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of the loan process, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Review and analyze loan applications to determine the appropriate loan program and ensure accuracy of the underwriting process.
  2. Ensure the accuracy of all loan documentation and for working closely with other departments to ensure the timely and efficient processing of loan applications and closing of loan files.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan origination, underwriting, closing, and post-closing processes.
  4. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) to manage loan documents and communications.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers and other departments to ensure successful loan processing and customer service.
  6. Identify areas of improvement in the loan process and develop strategies to improve efficiency.
  7. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
