Loan Processor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Loan Processor to join the PGIM Real Estate team. As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing loan documents to ensure accuracy as well as providing support related to loan origination and closing. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze loan documents to ensure accuracy • Provide support related to loan origination and closing • Analyze and resolve loan application issues • Prepare loan documentation and closing packages • Manage the loan application process from start to finish • Maintain accurate records and files of all loan transactions • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Liaise with external stakeholders such as lenders, appraisers, and title companies • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism • Ensure all deadlines are met and provide regular updates to management • Perform other related duties as assigned.
