Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join the PGIM Real Estate team. This individual will be responsible for managing the loan process from start to finish, including collecting and analyzing financial documents, communicating effectively with loan originators, and ensuring that all loan documentation is properly prepared and processed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and analyze financial documents from loan originators.
  2. Communicate effectively with loan originators to ensure all loan documentation is properly prepared and processed.
  3. Ensure accuracy of loan documents including loan applications, credit reports, appraisals, and other documentation.
  4. Prepare loan documents for review and approval.
  5. Monitor loan progress and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with loan originators and other members of the loan processing team.
  7. Resolve any issues that may arise during the loan process.
  8. Manage the loan process from start to finish.
  9. Provide timely updates to loan originators and other relevant parties.
  10. Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to ensure all loan transactions are completed in a timely manner.
