Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Loan Processor to join the team at PGIM Real Estate. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative organization that is committed to making a positive impact in real estate and finance.The ideal candidate for this role is an organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to work efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced environment. They must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and be comfortable understanding and interpreting complex financial documents.This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in loan processing or related roles, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other government agency loan programs is also preferred.If you have the qualifications and drive to succeed in this role, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process loan applications and documents in accordance with company and government policies and procedures
  2. Accurately review loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  3. Analyze financial information to determine loan eligibility and risk
  4. Liaise with lenders, borrowers and other internal/external stakeholders throughout the loan process
  5. Provide support and training to junior loan processors
  6. Monitor and track loan processes to ensure timely completion
  7. Prepare and submit loan packages to lenders for approval
  8. Maintain and update loan files in accordance with company policy
  9. Respond to inquiries and resolve loan processing issues
  10. Adhere to all laws and regulations related to loan processing and compliance
