Job Description

We at PGIM Real Estate are looking for a highly motivated Loan Processor to join our team and help us provide the best possible customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a working knowledge of loan processing, loan origination, and post-closing procedures. The Loan Processor will be a key player in our loan processing functions and is expected to maintain a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.The successful candidate must have an eye for detail and be able to work independently as well as in a team setting. They must also possess excellent problem solving skills, and be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and understands the importance of meeting deadlines. A college degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.We're excited to add a Loan Processor to our team and look forward to reviewing all applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the loan processing functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan processing, loan origination, and post-closing procedures.
  4. Develop and implement efficient loan processing strategies.
  5. Monitor loan processing progress, making sure all deadlines are met.
  6. Handle inquiries from clients and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain accurate records of loan activities.
  8. Identify and resolve loan processing issues as they arise.
  9. Maintain communication with lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  10. Prepare and submit required loan documents.
