Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Loan Processor to join the PGIM Real Estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the loan process from start to finish, ensuring all documents are properly completed and submitted in a timely manner. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading real estate finance group and help support the development of real estate projects across the globe. To be successful in this role, you will need a strong knowledge of loan processing procedures, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with internal departments, external customers, and other outside parties. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate the loan process from start to finish, ensuring all documents are properly completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  2. Work closely with internal departments, external customers, and other outside parties.
  3. Maintain a strong knowledge of loan processing procedures, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  4. Communicate and liaise effectively with all stakeholders.
  5. Review and analyze loan applications and related documents.
  6. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Update loan status in the loan management system.
  8. Assist with the preparation of loan closing documents.
  9. Monitor loan performance and provide status updates.
  10. Resolve any loan processing issues and recommend solutions.
