3. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to real estate leasing.
4. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions.
5. Analyze and evaluate potential leasing opportunities and develop strategies to maximize income.
6. Negotiate leasing terms and conditions with tenants.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and potential clients.
8. Participate in industry events and networking functions.
9. Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and developments.
10. Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives to promote the company’s services and properties.
