Leasing Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders in order to maximize lease opportunities.
2. Negotiate lease agreements that are favorable to both parties.
3. Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms and conditions.
4. Prepare and review lease documents and related correspondence.
5. Analyze and evaluate market trends to determine the best leasing strategies.
6. Create reports and presentations to communicate leasing activity and insights.
7. Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including tenant screening, unit showings, and lease signing.
8. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
9. Provide excellent customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction.
10. Resolve tenant disputes and problems in a timely manner.
