Job Description

Are you passionate about digital forensics and incident response? Are you a natural leader with a strong background in cyber security and investigations? PGIM Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead for Digital Forensics & Incident Response. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of digital forensic experts, while utilizing your expertise to detect and respond to cyber incidents within our organization. If you have a strong understanding of cyber threats, excellent technical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, we want to hear from you.   1. Lead a team of digital forensic experts in conducting investigations and responding to cyber incidents within PGIM Real Estate.
  2. Develop and implement strategies and procedures for digital forensics and incident response, in alignment with industry best practices.
  3. Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and trends, and use this knowledge to proactively identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization.
  4. Conduct thorough and timely investigations of cyber incidents, utilizing digital forensic tools and techniques.
  5. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure a coordinated and effective response to cyber incidents.
  6. Train and mentor team members on digital forensics and incident response techniques, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  7. Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the organization's digital forensics and incident response capabilities.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to digital forensics and incident response.
  10. Continuously assess and improve the organization's incident response plans and procedures, incorporating lessons learned from past incidents.
  11. Participate in incident response drills and exercises to test the organization's readiness to handle cyber threats.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for all digital forensics and incident response matters within the organization.
  13. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of cyber incidents, investigations, and overall security posture.
  14. Conduct research and make recommendations on new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance the organization's digital forensics and incident response capabilities.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the digital forensics and incident response team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Digital Forensics And Incident Response: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Digital Forensics And Incident Response, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Conducting Investigations And Responding To Security Incidents.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Lead In Digital Forensics And Incident Response Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Areas Such As Computer And Network Security, Operating Systems, Programming Languages, And Data Analysis. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of Current And Emerging Technologies And Their Potential Impact On Digital Forensics And Incident Response.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires Someone Who Can Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Digital Forensics And Incident Response Professionals. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Decision-Making Skills, As Well As The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Delegate Responsibilities.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices: A Lead In Digital Forensics And Incident Response Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices In Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, And Incident Response. They Should Also Stay Updated On The Latest Trends, Tools, And Techniques In Digital Forensics And Incident Response.

  • Certifications And Education: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. In Addition, Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Information Security Manager (Cism), Or Certified Ethical Hacker (Ceh) Are Highly Desirable And Demonstrate A Strong Commitment To The Field.
