- Develop and implement investment strategies to drive growth and success of PGIM Real Estate's portfolio.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential real estate investments.
- Lead and manage a team of investment professionals to execute investment plans and achieve portfolio goals.
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, and make recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activity to inform investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure alignment of investment strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communicate investment performance and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage and mitigate risk associated with real estate investments.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to real estate investment management.
- Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of investment operations.
- Represent PGIM Real Estate at industry events and conferences.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing and cohesive team environment.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all investment activities.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Investment Management, Preferably In The Real Estate Sector.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Investment Portfolios.
Strong Financial Analysis And Modeling Skills, With A Deep Understanding Of Market Trends And Investment Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Partners, And Team Members.
