  1. Assist in reviewing legal documents and contracts related to real estate funds.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on current laws and regulations in the real estate industry.
  3. Participate in meetings and calls with legal counsel and other team members to discuss fund governance and compliance.
  4. Maintain organized and accurate records of legal documents and contracts.
  5. Help prepare and proofread legal documents and presentations.
  6. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies and solutions for legal and governance issues.
  7. Support the onboarding process for new funds by ensuring all necessary legal and governance requirements are met.
  8. Attend trainings and workshops to learn about legal and governance best practices in the real estate industry.
  9. Assist in the implementation of new policies and procedures related to fund legal and governance.
  10. Contribute to the overall success of the real estate funds by providing valuable insights and suggestions.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
  12. Proactively seek opportunities to learn and develop skills in the legal and governance aspects of the real estate industry.
  13. Collaborate with other interns and team members to complete projects and tasks in a timely manner.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its values and standards.
  15. Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in fund legal and governance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Law, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal And Regulatory Requirements In The Real Estate Industry.

  • Prior Experience Or Coursework In Fund Legal And Governance Is Preferred.
