Fund Accountant

Responsibilities: -Manage the accounting records of all real estate funds -Provide accurate and timely financial reports -Perform general ledger and account reconciliations -Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards -Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts -Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and stakeholders -Analyze financial data and prepare reports -Assist with special projects and other ad hoc requests -Provide support to team members and other stakeholders -Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
