
Fund Accountant
At PGIM Real Estate, we are looking for a forward-thinking and detail-oriented Fund Accountant to join our team. Our Fund Accountant will ensure the accuracy of our fund accounting processes, manage a portfolio of clients, and act as a trusted advisor to our internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, experience in accounting and/or fund administration, and a strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software. An analytical, organized, and effective communicator with a passion for detail and accuracy, the Fund Accountant should have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all fund accounting processes and procedures
- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide advice and direction to stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy of financial reporting
- Prepare financial reports and other documents for internal and external stakeholders
- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Research and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Provide technical guidance and training to staff on fund accounting processes
- Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and procedures
- Monitor and review accounting processes and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to management and stakeholders
-Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Finance
-Cpa And/Or Mba Preferred
-+ Years Of Public And/Or Private Accounting Experience
-Strong Understanding Of Us Gaap And Sec Regulations
-Fund Accounting Experience Preferred
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Proficiency With Microsoft Office Suite
