  1. Develop and implement a Microsoft data architecture strategy that aligns with PGIM Real Estate's business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of data architects and engineers to design, build, and maintain the data architecture for the organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
  4. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve data capabilities and drive innovation.
  5. Manage the data modeling process, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all systems.
  6. Define and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and security.
  7. Oversee the ETL process and data integration from various sources into the data warehouse.
  8. Monitor and optimize data performance, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Microsoft data technologies and incorporate them into the data architecture.
  10. Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and development.
  12. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth integration of data solutions with existing systems and processes.
  13. Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring successful delivery of data projects.
  14. Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture processes, systems, and procedures.
  15. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of the data architecture, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

  • Extensive Experience With Microsoft Data Architecture: A Successful Director, Microsoft Data Architect At Pgim Real Estate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Demonstrated Expertise In Microsoft Data Architecture, Including Tools Such As Sql Server, Azure Data Factory, And Power Bi.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Data Architects And Analysts. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members Towards Achieving Common Goals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Data Solutions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Data Solutions That Have Improved Data Quality, Efficiency, And Scalability For Large Organizations.

  • Knowledge Of Real Estate Industry: As Pgim Real Estate Is A Leading Global Real Estate Investment Firm, The Director, Microsoft Data Architect Should Have A Solid Understanding Of The Real Estate Industry And The Unique Data Challenges It Presents.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Will Require The Director To Work Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Leaders, Data Scientists, And It Professionals. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Convey Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Work Collaboratively Towards Achieving Common Objectives.
