Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at PGIM Real Estate.   1. Develop and implement the corporate responsibility strategy for PGIM Real Estate, aligned with the company's overall goals and values.
  2. Identify key areas of social impact and work towards creating sustainable solutions to address them.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate corporate responsibility into all aspects of the business, including operations, investments, and partnerships.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on corporate responsibility, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  5. Lead and manage all corporate responsibility initiatives, including volunteer programs, philanthropic initiatives, and partnerships with non-profit organizations.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and community partners, to ensure alignment and support for corporate responsibility efforts.
  7. Monitor and report on the progress and impact of corporate responsibility initiatives to senior management and external stakeholders.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to corporate responsibility.
  9. Identify and pursue opportunities for PGIM Real Estate to be a leader in corporate responsibility within the real estate industry.
  10. Inspire and motivate employees to actively participate in corporate responsibility efforts and create a culture of social responsibility within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Sustainability, Social Responsibility, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Corporate Social Responsibility Or Sustainability Role, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Environmental, Social, And Governance (Esg) Principles And Best Practices.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Corporate Social Responsibility Programs, Initiatives, And Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
