
Development Manager
We are looking for a talented and motivated Development Manager to join the team at PGIM Real Estate. The Development Manager is responsible for managing multiple real estate development projects from start to finish, including design, budgeting, zoning, and contract negotiations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from large-scale multi-family developments to smaller commercial projects.We are looking for someone with a passion for real estate development who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the real estate development field. Responsibilities:
- Oversee real estate development projects from start to finish, including design, budgeting, zoning, and contract negotiations.
- Work on a variety of projects, ranging from large-scale multi-family developments to smaller commercial projects.
- Have a proven track record of leading successful development projects, with experience in zoning, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
- Manage development projects within budget and timeline constraints.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, investors, and local government agencies, to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Research and analyze market trends and local zoning regulations.
- Prepare detailed development reports and presentations.
- Monitor progress of development projects and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Identify and resolve potential issues related to projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market conditions and trends.
