Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Development Manager to join the team at PGIM Real Estate. 1. Lead development projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget.
2. Supervise the overall development process, including planning, design, construction, and post-construction phases.
3. Manage and oversee the project team to ensure that development goals are met.
4. Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation and cost savings.
5. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
6. Work closely with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully.
7. Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Analyze market trends and anticipate potential issues.
