Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Development Manager to join our PGIM Real Estate team! This highly motivated individual will be responsible for leading development projects from inception to completion, and will need to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator and problem-solver, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while having a passion for real estate development and a desire to make a positive impact.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field; a minimum of 5 years of real estate development experience; advanced knowledge of project management principles, building codes, and zoning ordinances; excellent organizational and analytical skills; and a proven track record of success in managing complex development projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead development projects from inception to completion, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Utilize advanced knowledge of project management principles, building codes, and zoning ordinances.
  4. Demonstrate excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  5. Track and report project progress and successes.
  6. Provide guidance and support to team members.
  7. Monitor market trends and investigate new opportunities.
  8. Ensure all development projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  9. Develop and manage project budgets.
  10. Manage and coordinate contractors and consultants.
