  1. Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide them with timely and accurate information about our products and services.
  3. Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards clients, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our products and services.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex client issues and provide effective solutions.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  8. Proactively identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to management.
  9. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by identifying process improvement opportunities.
  11. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.
  12. Maintain a professional and positive work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills.
  14. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
