If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! PGIM Real Estate is seeking a talented Corporate Events & Meeting Planner to join our team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to plan and execute a wide range of corporate events and meetings for our prestigious real estate firm. We are looking for a creative and resourceful individual who can handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.   1. Plan and execute a variety of corporate events and meetings for PGIM Real Estate, including but not limited to conferences, seminars, client appreciation events, and team building activities.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events, including negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and coordinating logistics.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with venues, hotels, caterers, and other vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective event services.
  4. Create event proposals, timelines, and budgets, and present them to senior management for approval.
  5. Manage event registrations, guest lists, and RSVPs, and provide timely communication and updates to attendees.
  6. Work closely with marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency and effective promotion of events.
  7. Coordinate all event materials and collateral, including invitations, agendas, presentations, and handouts.
  8. Manage on-site event setup, including registration, audiovisual equipment, and decorations.
  9. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning and incorporate them into event strategies.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation of event details, expenses, and attendance.
  12. Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events with professionalism and quick problem-solving skills.
  13. Assist in planning and executing company-wide initiatives and projects, as needed.
  14. Ensure all events adhere to company policies and guidelines, including compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Event Planning, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.

  • Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Events And Meetings Simultaneously, With Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.

  • Proficiency In Event Planning Software And Tools, Such As Cvent Or Eventbrite, And Familiarity With Event Marketing And Budget Management.
