
Compliance Analyst
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Compliance Analyst at PGIM Real Estate. This role requires an organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about helping ensure our company's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting, business, finance, or law, and have at least two years of experience in a compliance-related role. The successful applicant will also be highly organized and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A working knowledge of applicable regulations, laws, and standards for the financial services industry is a must.We are seeking a team player who is self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Monitor and track changes to applicable regulations, laws, and standards for the financial services industry.
- Provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on compliance issues.
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Create and maintain detailed compliance records and reports.
- Analyze and assess potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Participate in internal and external audits and investigations.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in the compliance field.
- Remain up-to-date on relevant regulations and industry developments.
