Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Compliance Analyst at PGIM Real Estate. This role requires an organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about helping ensure our company's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting, business, finance, or law, and have at least two years of experience in a compliance-related role. The successful applicant will also be highly organized and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A working knowledge of applicable regulations, laws, and standards for the financial services industry is a must.We are seeking a team player who is self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  2. Monitor and track changes to applicable regulations, laws, and standards for the financial services industry.
  3. Provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on compliance issues.
  4. Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
  5. Create and maintain detailed compliance records and reports.
  6. Analyze and assess potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  7. Respond to regulatory inquiries and ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  8. Participate in internal and external audits and investigations.
  9. Maintain knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in the compliance field.
  10. Remain up-to-date on relevant regulations and industry developments.
