If you’re a detail-oriented problem solver, then the Compliance Analyst role at PGIM Real Estate is the perfect fit for you! We are looking for a self-motivated team member with a passion for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of real estate investment and operations, and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.The Compliance Analyst will work closely with the Compliance Team and other departments at PGIM Real Estate to ensure that all transactions and activities are in line with applicable laws and regulations. This individual will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a compliance monitoring program to detect and address any potential issues.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in a compliance or legal role. In addition, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders. Responsibilities of a Compliance Analyst at PGIM Real Estate:

  1. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for all transactions and activities.
  2. Develop, implement, and maintain a compliance monitoring program to detect and address any potential issues.
  3. Collaborate with the Compliance Team and other departments to ensure compliance standards are met.
  4. Provide management with legal advice on compliance-related matters.
  5. Monitor changes in the legal and regulatory environment to ensure the organization is up to date on all relevant developments.
  6. Develop and update compliance policies and procedures.
  7. Review and audit internal processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
  8. Investigate and resolve compliance issues.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations on compliance-related topics.
  10. Train and educate staff on compliance policies and procedures.
