This individual will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a compliance monitoring program to detect and address any potential issues.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in a compliance or legal role. In addition, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders. Responsibilities of a Compliance Analyst at PGIM Real Estate:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for all transactions and activities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a compliance monitoring program to detect and address any potential issues.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Team and other departments to ensure compliance standards are met.
- Provide management with legal advice on compliance-related matters.
- Monitor changes in the legal and regulatory environment to ensure the organization is up to date on all relevant developments.
- Develop and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Review and audit internal processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compliance-related topics.
- Train and educate staff on compliance policies and procedures.
