Job Description

As a Compliance Analyst at PGIM Real Estate, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a highly respected global real estate organization. In this role, you will have the chance to use your knowledge and expertise in compliance and regulatory requirements to help protect the organization from operational risk.We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is well-versed in regulatory and compliance issues. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, an eye for detail and the ability to think strategically. They should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and at least 3 years of experience in a compliance-related role. Knowledge of real estate and/or asset management is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze regulatory and compliance requirements to identify potential risk areas and recommend solutions to minimize risk.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the organization.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Develop and implement training for staff on applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  5. Monitor and review regulatory filings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  6. Respond to inquiries from regulators and other external parties regarding compliance matters.
  7. Create and maintain compliance reports and records.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external compliance partners.
  9. Track and report on key compliance metrics.
  10. Identify areas of improvement in compliance processes.
