PGIM Real Estate is currently seeking an Associate Manager, Portfolio Analytics to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our portfolio analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic decision making through data analysis and insights.   1. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to provide insights and recommendations for portfolio management decisions.
  2. Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain portfolio analytics models and dashboards.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of real estate market trends and performance metrics.
  4. Monitor and track portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
  5. Develop and present reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Work closely with asset managers to understand their specific needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in data analytics and apply them to improve portfolio performance.
  9. Manage and maintain large datasets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members on data analytics techniques and portfolio management strategies.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
  12. Communicate complex data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  13. Adhere to all data privacy and security protocols to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve portfolio analytics processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its values and standards.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Informed Decisions. This Includes Proficiency In Financial Modeling, Forecasting, And Risk Analysis.

  • Real Estate Industry Knowledge: A Thorough Understanding Of The Real Estate Industry Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Knowledge Of Market Trends, Investment Strategies, And Risk Management In The Real Estate Sector.

  • Leadership And Communication Skills: The Associate Manager Should Have Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Analysts And Present Findings To Senior Management. This Includes The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Clients.

  • Experience In Portfolio Management: Prior Experience In Portfolio Management Or Asset Management Is A Key Qualification For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Real Estate Portfolios, Optimizing Performance, And Mitigating Risk.

  • Strong Educational Background: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Position. Additionally, Professional Certifications Such As Cfa Or Cpa Are Often Preferred By Employers.
