1. Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
2. Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
3. Facilitate the onboarding process for new investors, including completing necessary documentation and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition.
4. Monitor and track investor activity, including capital commitments and distributions, and provide regular updates to management.
5. Prepare and distribute investor reports and communications, ensuring accuracy and consistency with company standards.
6. Assist in the organization and execution of investor events, such as annual meetings and conferences.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and proactively communicate relevant information to investors.
8. Coordinate with internal teams, such as accounting and legal, to ensure timely and accurate processing of investor requests and inquiries.
9. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of PGIM Real Estate's investment strategies, products, and performance to effectively communicate with investors.
10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the Investor Services team, and provide recommendations to management for implementation.
11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements in regards to investor communication and reporting.
12. Represent PGIM Real Estate in a professional manner, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.
