Job Description

At PGIM Real Estate, we are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join our team and help us drive asset performance and value creation. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies, creating detailed financial models, and optimizing value across our assets.We are looking for an individual who is able to work independently, is highly organized, and has a strong attention to detail. You should have a degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field and several years of experience managing assets. Additionally, you should have strong financial, analytical, and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement investment strategies for PGIM Real Estate's portfolio of assets.
  2. Create detailed financial models to analyze the performance of assets.
  3. Optimize value across assets by identifying opportunities and developing strategies to increase returns.
  4. Monitor the performance of assets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with partners, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  6. Lead due diligence efforts and manage asset transactions.
  7. Conduct market research and analyze trends in the real estate industry.
  8. Prepare risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations.
  9. Design and implement strategies to maximize the performance of assets.
  10. Evaluate potential investments and provide recommendations.
