Responsibilities:

1. Manage a growing portfolio of real estate assets according to set objectives and targets.
2. Develop and execute strategies to maximize returns on investments.
3. Monitor market trends and identify investment opportunities.
4. Conduct due diligence and market research to assess investment potential.
5. Prepare and present investment reports for review and approval.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and tenants.
7. Monitor asset performance and make recommendations for improvement.
8. Negotiate leases and manage tenant relationships.
9. Prepare annual business plans and budgets for the portfolio.
10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
