Analyst, Investor Services

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing a portfolio of investor and client relationships.The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working within a team but also have the ability to take initiative and work independently.To qualify for this role, you should have at least two years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field. 1. Develop and maintain relationships with investors and clients.
2. Assist with inquiries and requests from investors and clients in a timely manner.
3. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in investor and client accounts.
4. Monitor portfolio performance and review reports.
5. Provide regular updates to investors and clients.
6. Develop and implement strategies for improving customer service.
7. Assist with real estate transactions.
8. Identify and analyze potential investment opportunities.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.
10. Prepare presentations and documents for management review.
