
Analyst, Fund Operations

- Conduct in-depth analysis of real estate investment funds, including financial statements, performance data, and market trends.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of fund operations with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies for fund management and growth.
- Communicate complex financial information to various stakeholders, including investors, fund managers, and internal teams.
- Perform regular audits and reviews to identify and address any discrepancies or errors.
- Monitor and track fund expenses, fees, and income, and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for senior leadership and investors.
- Work closely with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide support for fund transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of fund information and documentation.
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments and assist with the underwriting process.
- Collaborate with external service providers, such as auditors and legal counsel, to ensure timely and accurate completion of fund operations.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
