Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of real estate investing.We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in fund operations or a similar role. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information are essential for success in this role.   1. Conduct in-depth analysis of real estate investment funds, including financial statements, performance data, and market trends.
  2. Ensure accuracy and compliance of fund operations with internal policies and external regulations.
  3. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies for fund management and growth.
  4. Communicate complex financial information to various stakeholders, including investors, fund managers, and internal teams.
  5. Perform regular audits and reviews to identify and address any discrepancies or errors.
  6. Monitor and track fund expenses, fees, and income, and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
  8. Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for senior leadership and investors.
  9. Work closely with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  10. Provide support for fund transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of fund information and documentation.
  12. Conduct due diligence on potential investments and assist with the underwriting process.
  13. Collaborate with external service providers, such as auditors and legal counsel, to ensure timely and accurate completion of fund operations.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve fund performance and identify areas for growth.
  15. Adhere to company values and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
