  1. Develop and maintain high-quality projects using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for the real estate business.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AEM to continuously improve and optimize the platform.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM development.
  5. Create and maintain technical documentation for AEM projects to ensure consistency and scalability.
  6. Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
  8. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AEM development.
  9. Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers on AEM best practices and standards.
  11. Contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices for AEM.
  12. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure high-quality and bug-free solutions.
  13. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  14. Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and tools to enhance AEM development.
  15. Adhere to company security and data protection policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Java Development, Specifically With Adobe Experience Manager (Aem).

  • Strong Understanding Of Web Development Concepts Such As Html, Css, And Javascript.

  • Experience With Agile Development Methodologies And Project Management Tools Such As Jira.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Within Aem.
