Job Description

We are looking for an innovative Acquisitions Analyst to join PGIM Real Estate's team and make an immediate impact on our business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate industry and a desire to help us grow our presence in the market. We are seeking a motivated professional with a strong understanding of commercial real estate acquisitions and financial analysis. The right candidate should possess excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field with at least two years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and financial analysis. The candidate should also demonstrate experience in leveraging financial analysis tools, including discounted cash flow modeling and financial modeling. Additionally, the candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate industry, market trends, and financial instruments. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze, evaluate, and recommend commercial real estate acquisitions that fit PGIM Real Estate's business objectives.
  2. Utilize financial analysis tools, such as discounted cash flow modeling and financial modeling, to support acquisition decisions.
  3. Perform research to identify market trends and new financial instruments.
  4. Prepare detailed financial models and related investment documents.
  5. Actively monitor, review, and analyze potential investments.
  6. Develop presentations to present acquisition recommendations to senior management.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
  8. Liaise with internal teams, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure acquisition objectives are met.
  9. Prepare periodic reports and analyses of real estate investments.
  10. Identify and develop new opportunities for growth.
