  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for Pfizer's obesity portfolio.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and medical affairs to drive growth and maximize commercial success.
  3. Lead the development and launch of new obesity products, including market analysis, forecasting, and positioning.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities for growth.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to advance the understanding and adoption of Pfizer's obesity products.
  6. Oversee the budget and resources for the obesity commercial development team.
  7. Provide leadership and mentorship to the commercial development team, setting clear goals and expectations for performance and development.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all commercial activities.
  9. Act as a key spokesperson for Pfizer's obesity portfolio, representing the company at conferences, meetings, and other events.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the commercial strategy and tactics based on market feedback and results.
  11. Collaborate with global teams to align on commercial strategy and share best practices.
  12. Drive market expansion and penetration by developing innovative approaches to reach target patient populations.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including key customers, patient advocacy groups, and key stakeholders.
  14. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field of obesity, incorporating new insights and trends into the commercial strategy.
  15. Act as a role model and champion of Pfizer's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Commercial Development, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Commercializing Products In The Obesity Space.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Commercial Professionals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Obesity Market, Including Key Stakeholders, Competitors, And Market Trends.
