Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Development Projects: The Sr. Manager Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Complex Development Projects, With A Focus On Process Improvement And Optimization.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Platform Operation And Configuration Professionals. The Sr. Manager Should Have Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Decision-Making Skills To Effectively Guide And Motivate The Team.
Technical Expertise In Relevant Systems And Tools: The Sr. Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Relevant Systems And Tools Used In Platform Operations And Configuration Management, Such As Sap, Agile Plm, And Other Enterprise Software.
