- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Lead and manage the Corporate Quality Assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and accountability.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure quality standards are met throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify any potential risks or issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and suppliers, to stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Stay updated on current regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices to ensure the company's quality assurance processes are in line with industry standards.
- Oversee the review and approval of all quality-related documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and validation protocols.
- Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders about quality assurance metrics, trends, and any critical issues that may impact product quality.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting a proactive and preventative approach to quality assurance throughout the organization.
Extensive Experience In Quality Assurance And Control: A Sr. Manager, Coqa At Pfizer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Quality Assurance And Control Principles, Processes, And Regulations. They Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Coqa Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive The Quality Assurance Strategy For The Company. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Developing High-Performing Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: Pfizer Is A Highly Regulated Company, And A Sr. Manager, Coqa Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Regulatory Requirements Such As Fda, Mhra, And Ema. They Should Also Have Experience In Conducting And Managing Regulatory Inspections And Audits.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Sr. Manager, Coqa Will Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including R&D, Manufacturing, And Quality Operations. Therefore, Effective Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
