  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency and optimize processes within the contingent workforce program.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the contingent workforce program, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and compliance.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to contingent workforce management.
  4. Lead a team of professionals responsible for managing and supporting the contingent workforce program.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  6. Identify and implement best practices for managing the contingent workforce and drive continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Contingent Workforce Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Contingent Workforce Operations, Preferably In A Large Global Organization. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Various Types Of Contingent Workers And Their Respective Engagement Models.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Compliance: A Sr. Manager - Contingent Workforce Operations Lead At Pfizer Must Possess A Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws And Compliance Regulations In The Countries Where The Company Operates. They Should Be Able To Navigate Complex Legal Requirements And Ensure That All Contingent Workers Are Engaged In Accordance With Local Laws.

  • Proven Track Record Of Process Optimization: This Role Requires A Candidate With A Strong Track Record Of Optimizing Processes And Driving Operational Efficiency. They Should Have Experience In Implementing New Systems And Tools To Streamline Contingent Workforce Processes, Resulting In Cost Savings And Improved Productivity.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As The Leader Of The Contingent Workforce Operations Team, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization And Lead A Team Of Direct Reports To Achieve Common Goals.

  • Strategic Mindset And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Sr. Manager - Contingent Workforce Operations Lead Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing The Overall Strategy For Managing The Contingent Workforce At Pfizer.
