  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for managing and optimizing the contingent workforce program at Pfizer.
  2. Oversee a team of contingent workforce coordinators and ensure they are meeting performance targets and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Procurement, to ensure alignment and compliance with company goals and objectives.
  4. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to contingent workforce management to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Monitor and analyze data related to contingent workforce utilization, costs, and compliance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external staffing agencies to ensure a reliable and high-quality contingent workforce.
  7. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contingent workforce management and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to contingent workforce management, including labor laws and immigration policies.
  9. Conduct regular audits of contingent workforce records and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  10. Provide guidance and support to managers and team members on the proper use of contingent workers and ensure proper onboarding and offboarding procedures are followed.
  11. Stay informed of changes and updates in Pfizer's policies and procedures related to contingent workforce management and communicate these changes to team members as needed.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the contingent workforce team, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  13. Represent Pfizer's contingent workforce program to external stakeholders, such as staffing agencies, and maintain positive relationships.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on contingent workforce management and provide training and support to other members of the HR team as needed.
  15. Support Pfizer's mission and values by promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the contingent workforce program.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Managing Contingent Workforce Operations: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Contingent Workforce Operations, Preferably In A Large, Global Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations: The Role Of Sr. Manager - Contingent Workforce Operations At Pfizer Involves Ensuring Compliance With Various Laws And Regulations Related To Contingent Workforce Management.
