  2. Develop and execute strategies to enhance the consumer experience and drive business growth.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
  5. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  7. Provide strategic guidance and direction to the team to achieve business objectives.
  8. Set and track performance metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Mentor and coach team members to promote individual and team growth.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
  11. Represent Pfizer and the Consumer Team at industry events and conferences.
  12. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
  14. Handle any escalated issues or challenges with tact and professionalism.
  15. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Consumer Marketing: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Consumer Marketing, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
