  1. Promote and educate healthcare professionals on Pfizer's sickle cell disease therapies.
  2. Drive sales within assigned territory by building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive product awareness and market penetration.
  4. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and competitor activities in the sickle cell disease space.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and sales initiatives.
  6. Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals and sales representatives.
  7. Represent Pfizer at industry conferences, meetings, and events to increase brand visibility and awareness.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and make informed business decisions.
  9. Maintain a deep understanding of sickle cell disease and the current treatment landscape.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert in sickle cell disease and Pfizer's therapies, providing accurate and timely information to healthcare professionals.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and advocacy groups in the sickle cell disease community.
  12. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  13. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  14. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Pfizer, embodying the company's values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Life Sciences Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Sales, With A Focus On Rare Diseases Or Hematology

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Sickle Cell Disease, Including Treatment Options And Current Market Landscape

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Sales And Achieving Targets In A Competitive Market
