  1. Perform analytical tests and evaluations on pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Utilize various analytical techniques and instrumentation to accurately and efficiently analyze samples.
  3. Develop and validate analytical methods for new products and processes.
  4. Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functioning and calibration.
  5. Review and interpret test results, identify any deviations or abnormalities, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and address any quality issues or non-conformances.
  7. Train and mentor junior laboratory analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of all laboratory activities and results.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in analytical techniques, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  11. Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors, providing updates on project progress and presenting data and findings.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and practices in the laboratory.
  13. Take a leadership role in ensuring a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the laboratory.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and teams to support product development and regulatory submissions.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
  16. Participate in the review and approval of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to laboratory activities.
  17. Adhere to strict confidentiality and data integrity standards.
  18. Provide support during regulatory inspections and audits.
  19. Identify and report any issues or concerns related to laboratory operations and suggest solutions for improvement.
  20. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by superiors.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Pharmaceutical Qc Laboratory Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Analytical Techniques Such As Hplc, Gc, And Uv-Vis Spectroscopy.

  • Experience With Method Development, Validation, And Troubleshooting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cgmp Regulations And Fda Guidelines For Pharmaceutical Products.
