- Lead and oversee the development and implementation of animal health and welfare research and development programs.
- Conduct in-depth scientific research and provide expert guidance on animal health and welfare topics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute animal studies and clinical trials.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and external partners.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on animal health and welfare regulations and guidelines.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior veterinary staff.

Advanced Education: A Senior Principal Scientist Should Have A Phd In A Relevant Field Such As Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Or Pharmacology. This Advanced Education Demonstrates A Deep Understanding Of The Scientific Principles And Methodologies Necessary For The Role.
Extensive Research Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Conducting Animal Research In A Laboratory Or Clinical Setting. This Experience Should Include Designing And Executing Experiments, Data Analysis, And Publication Of Findings.
