  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  2. Promote and educate healthcare professionals on Pfizer's oncology products, including their indications, benefits, and safety profiles.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field of hematology and actively share knowledge and insights with colleagues and stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Pfizer to develop and execute strategic plans to drive the success of the oncology portfolio.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the hematology space and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  6. Build and maintain a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of healthcare professionals in the hematology field and provide solutions to address their needs.
  7. Organize and participate in educational events and programs for healthcare professionals to increase awareness and knowledge of Pfizer's oncology products.
  8. Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding Pfizer's products.
  10. Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions and activities with stakeholders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on Pfizer's oncology products, providing training and support to colleagues and new team members.
  12. Represent Pfizer at conferences, seminars, and other industry events to increase brand awareness and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  13. Adhere to all legal and regulatory guidelines in the promotion of Pfizer's products and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Life Sciences Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, With A Focus On Oncology And Hematology

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Oncology And Hematology Market, Including Disease States, Treatment Options, And Key Players

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Performance And Achieving Or Exceeding Sales Targets
