  1. Develop global access strategies and pricing solutions to ensure patients have access to life-saving medications at an affordable price.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals in the development and implementation of global access strategies.
  3. Stay up-to-date with international pricing regulations and market access trends to inform global pricing strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop innovative access solutions.
  5. Conduct market analysis and identify potential pricing opportunities and risks.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory bodies, and patient advocacy groups.
  7. Communicate and present access strategies and pricing solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  8. Manage pricing negotiations and ensure compliance with pricing policies and regulations.
  9. Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to optimize pricing strategies.
  10. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of global access strategies and pricing solutions.
  11. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on market access and pricing strategies within the pharmaceutical industry.
  13. Travel internationally to engage with key stakeholders and attend conferences and events.
  14. Represent Pfizer in industry discussions and advocate for access to quality healthcare globally.
  15. Uphold Pfizer's values and ethical standards in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Pharmaceutical Pricing And Market Access Strategy Development, Preferably At A Global Level.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Executing Pricing And Access Strategies In Diverse Markets, Including Emerging Markets.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Healthcare Systems And Reimbursement Processes, Including Knowledge Of Pricing Regulations And Policies.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborate With Key Stakeholders, Including Commercial, Government Affairs, And Medical Teams.

  • Excellent Analytical And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Pricing And Access Strategies To Senior Leadership And External Stakeholders.
