  1. Lead and manage a team responsible for financial planning and analysis for the Oncology business unit.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  3. Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to drive business performance and support the development of life-saving oncology treatments.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to understand business objectives and provide financial guidance.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify key drivers, and provide recommendations for improvement.

  10. Lead and contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their financial analysis skills and support their career growth.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  13. Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline financial processes and systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis Within The Biopharmaceutical Industry, Specifically In The Area Of Oncology.
