  1. Promote and educate healthcare professionals and patients on the importance of vaccines in the North, Central, and South regions.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  3. Conduct presentations and educational sessions to healthcare professionals and patients on Pfizer's vaccines.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  5. Achieve sales targets and objectives for the assigned territories.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team.
  7. Continuously update knowledge on Pfizer's vaccines and their benefits.
  8. Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare professionals and patients.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  10. Attend conferences, events, and meetings to represent Pfizer and promote its vaccines.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, customer interactions, and market data.
  12. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  13. Mentor and train junior sales representatives.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Pfizer and its values.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.

This Knowledge Is Essential For Effectively Promoting Pfizer's Vaccine Products To Healthcare Professionals And Ensuring Their Appropriate Use.

  • Sales Experience In The Healthcare Industry: Prior Experience In Sales Within The Healthcare Industry, Particularly In The Vaccines Segment, Is A Crucial Qualification For This Role. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Health Representative, Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Delivering Persuasive Presentations To Healthcare Professionals And Building Productive Relationships With Customers. This Role Also Involves Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams Within Pfizer, Requiring Strong Teamwork And Communication Abilities.

  • Territory Management Skills: The Senior Health Representative Will Be Responsible For Managing The Sales Territory For The North, Central, And South Regions, Which Requires Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills. This Includes Developing And Executing Territory Plans, Managing Budgets, And Tracking Sales Performance.
