Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Pfizer. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing strategic analysis, developing and executing operational plans, and driving operational excellence. You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze industry trends, develop business cases, and provide recommendations for improvement.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of experience in a business analysis role. You must also have strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should also be detail-oriented, have an aptitude for problem-solving, and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
